David Morrison Associates has designed a number of
commercial properties on the island. These include marina
facilities, numerous restaurants, and retail facilities.  A few

        The Boathouse, originally an old boat,
is a popular restaurant in Simson Bay. During
a renovation in 2002 the boat was removed,
but much of the building, completed in 1991,
remains the same.

       Isle De Sol Marina is a full service mega
yacht facility in the lagoon that caters to some
of the largest private yachts in the world. The
project took just seven months from initial design
to completion.                           more

       Built completely over the water, Seafood
Galley is a unique restaurant in Bobby's Marina.
The wooden structure has impressive detail
inside and out, mirroring the care taken in building
and designing classic yachts.     more

       DMA oversaw the complete renovation of a
150 year old wooden school building. The result,
Tommy Hilfiger, a prominent building on
Frontstreet that fits in with the historic charm not
often seen today.                       more

     Built in 1984, Windward Islands Bank is
one of the first modern buildings in the commercial
section of Philipsburg. The bank still holds ground
on its position in Clem Lebega Square, even with
its modern surroundings.

     Portofino Village, on the Simson Bay lagoon,
has had many opportunities over the past. A
casino and mega yacht marina were part of the
originally proposed plan. DMA did the plans for the
initial concept.                           more
