Portofino Village

Originally, a marina complex with a casino was proposed for the
Portofino site. The plans included a "Monaco style" casino
built over the water as well as full service slips for large
mega yachts. A smaller "inner marina" was proposed
to hold smaller pleasure craft as well as tenders. This
plan would have improved access to the current
tenants and allowed space for additional shops,
restaurants and marine-related services.
